Established in 2009 by proprietor Elena Theanne and business partner Rebeca Novo Perez as Direct Owner to guide, assist and advise clients from all parts of the world, through the property selection right through to the purchasing process, here in the Costa Blanca.

In 2010 we decided to throw caution to the wind and open our first office in the centre of Moraira in Calle Almacenes just of the main pedestrianised street in Moraira. We are now attracting the attention of vendors directly which means we can provide our buyer clients with the best possible mix of choice and our selling clients content with a steady flow of interested and qualified buyer clients.

Key to our continued and ongoing success is our obsession with customer service, client relation, hard work, integrity and honesty. We pride ourselves on all the above and this has shown to be the best working policy we have adopted giving both our buyers and sellers an open door approach to any questions or queries they may have allowing a great working relationship in both areas.
