All construction sites have security fences, changing facilities and lavatory services. Each worker is paid a competitive salary, insured individually and through the building company, ensuring an efficient and motivated workforce.

 

For added peace of mind, we work with fixed rates and schedules so there are no nasty surprises, right up to the moment that your project is completed. In addition to the above, we offer a 2 year private liability insurance (including building and construction defects), an OCT insurance and finally, a 10 year Building Guarantee on all houses built.
